Does PublishX process payments?
No. PublishX stores transaction records for coordination and accounting. Parties arrange payment outside the platform.
Who can contact whom?
Owners and developers stay private from one another. Agents may work with both. Private contact details are revealed to the agent only after a request is accepted.
Can I have more than one role?
Each account has one permanent role so permissions, privacy, and dashboards remain clear. Use a separate email if your business needs another role.
How do I recover my account?
Use Forgot password. PublishX sends a six-digit code to the account email; the code expires after 10 minutes.
