Marketplace role
PublishX helps parties discover one another and maintain workflow records. PublishX is not a payment processor, escrow service, employer, or guarantor of a deal.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for listings, credentials, files, negotiations, payments, taxes, compliance, and the legality of your activity. Do not upload malicious, deceptive, infringing, or unlawful material.
Accounts and access
Keep your password secure and use your assigned role only. PublishX may restrict accounts that abuse the service, misrepresent listings, or threaten other users.
Records and disputes
Transaction entries are user-submitted records. Parties must verify them and resolve payment or performance disputes directly.
